Original Paintings and Giclée Prints
We offer a full money-back guarantee on original paintings and giclée prints within 14 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund. Please contact us at hello@flodinartworks.com within 14 days to initiate a return.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Art Prints and merch
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our Gelato prints, we do not accept returns except in cases where the product does not meet quality standards. If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, please contact us at hello@flodinartworks.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, process a refund or send a replacement.

Refund Process
For approved refunds, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
