Original Paintings and fine art
We offer a full money-back guarantee on original paintings and giclée prints within 14 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund. Please contact us at hello@flodinartworks.com within 14 days to initiate a return.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Art Prints and merch
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our Gelato prints, we do not accept returns. If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, please contact us at hello@flodinartworks.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, process a refund or send a replacement.

Refund Process
For approved refunds, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
