Original Paintings and Giclée Prints

We offer a full money-back guarantee on original paintings and giclée prints within 14 days of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@flodinartworks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Art prints and t-shirts

Due to the print-on-demand nature of Gelato prints, we cannot accept returns for these items. However, if your print does not meet the quality standards as described, we will offer a refund or a new product.

Conditions for Refund:

• The print must not match the quality stated in the product description.
• You must provide evidence of the quality issue (e.g., photos).
• Get in touch within 21 days from your order.
